Turning Waste into Value

👉 Have biomass waste or sustainability goals for your components? Get in touch.

If you’re a manufacturer producing fibre-rich waste, or if your company develops filtration technologies to capture microfibres, we want to hear from you. Likewise, if you’re in the automotive, construction, design, or manufacturing sectors looking to integrate sustainable composite materials into your components, this is an opportunity to lead the shift towards circular solutions.

Dr. Ishrat J. Badruddin with Professor Richard S. Blackburn, and Professor Paul Kay from University of Leeds are on a mission to repurpose waste biomaterials — particularly microfibres from textile manufacturers or captured from washing machine filter systems — into high-value composites for use across various sectors, including automotive and constructions.

Let’s explore what we can build — together.
