This event brings together industry stakeholders, to identify shared challenges, explore collaborative solutions, and foster partnerships for collective action.
Through informative talks, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, we hope to inspire and empower businesses to integrate sustainability and ethical practices into their operations, driving positive change across the fashion supply chain.

Morning Session: Talks
9:00 am – 9:30 am: Registration and Welcome Networking Coffee
9:30 am – 9:45 am: Opening Remarks by Allen Alexander (Associate Professor in Innovation and Circular Economy at University of Exeter)
9:45 am – 10:30 am: Keynote Address by Jenny Valarino (Head of Circular Design at Circular Textiles Foundation) highlighting the current challenges and opportunities in the industry.
10:30 am – 11:15 am: Panel Discussion featuring Sophie Scanlon (Textiles Sector Specialist at WRAP), Cecilia Robson (Director of Lemon Street Studio Ltd) and Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas (Professor of Marketing and Sustainable Business, British School of Fashion London) considering different perspectives on the transition to more sustainable and circular practices.

1:45 pm – 2:15 pm: In conversation with Amy Brock-Morgan (Head of Lived & Loved Repairs at Finisterre) and Lívia Regina Batista-Pritchard (Lecturer in Sustainable Management at University of Exeter) on the topic of implementing a repair programme.
2:15 pm – 2:45 pm: In conversation with 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm: In conversation with Aurelie Fontan (CEO & Co-Founder of Colour Earth) and Ruth Cherrington (Lecturer in Sustainable Futures at University of Exeter) on the topic of circular textiles.
2:45 – 3:15 pm: In conversation with Ramon Van de Velde (CEO of The Wave Project), Peter Palmer (COO at Circular Flow) and Marta Ferri (Business Research & Impact Associate at University of Exeter) on the topic of reusing and recycling a sport textile (neoprene).
3:15 pm – 3:30 pm: Closing remarks and key takeaways.
